Check with your employees and neighbors to verify whether a shipment has arrived or been picked up.
Shipments for promotional materials generally go out a few weeks before the start of the season. Information on what is included in the shipment for the season will be posted on our Articles Page found here.
If you have moved or are in the process of moving when promotional materials are sent out, it is highly likely your shipment will be returned to us or sent to the old location. We will send promotional materials to your new location once your Store Move application has been finalized. Learn more here.
